NFL Rookie Draft:
A 4 round Rookie Draft is conducted every offseason. This draft is for NFL Rookies that were eligible for the most recent NFL draft (including undrafted players and NFL Supplemental Draft Players). Time clock for each round will be 24 hours.
Draft order for non-playoff teams will be in the reverse order of the final regular season standings. Playoff teams will draft in the reverse order of their playoff results (teams eliminated the same week will follow the same tiebreaker rules based on their regular season finish).
Draft Order Tiebreaker Rules (Reverse Order)
1. Head-to-Head Record
2. Total Fantasy Points
Skipped Draft Picks:
If a team misses their pick, they will be skipped and the next team will be OTC. Skipped teams may pick anytime and will not affect the current clock. A team will not be skipped for more than two selections. The draft will be paused and the Commissioner/TC will make the pick based on that team's needs.
*Skipped picks cannot be traded
Draft Pick Trading:
When the pick on the clock is traded during the draft, there is an exception to the time limit. If a trade is accepted by both parties involving a pick currently on the clock, then the draft pick clock stops and starts over upon approval of the trade.
If a trade is posted involving a team's pick on the clock that is not accepted by the other team by the end of the time on the clock, then the trade is ruled void, and the team on the clock will be skipped.
Draft Pick Salaries:
(First Round)
Picks 1 - 8: $2,500,000
Picks 9 - 16: $2,250,000
Picks 17 - 24: $2,000,000
Picks 25 - 32: $1,750,000
* Contracts last 4 years with a 5th year Team Option (worth 150% of regular salary)
(Second Round)
Picks 33 - 64: $1,500,000
* Contracts last 3 years with RFA
(Third Round)
Picks 65 - 96: $1,000,000
* Contracts last 3 years with RFA rights
(Fourth Round)
Picks 97 - 128: $500,000
* Contracts last 3 years with RFA rights
