Trade will probably pass, but I think the league has a responsibility of protecting new owners against aggressive owners taking advantage on a new owners first trade.

Brown AND a 2nd is mind blowing for the return of two backup linebackers and an overpriced kicker.

I think Jayon Brown will make more of a difference to your team than Neal and Gerry combined. Succop is solid but there are some kickers in the market who are going for a lot less than that. I just don't see the value on doing this especially since Brown has a solid 3 years left for only $5m. Look at what the other LB are getting in FA then there's also the added pick. Without the pick, this might be better but even then it's a little lopsided when you consider contracts and value this coming season.

Especially for a new owner trading a top 20LB for depth especially expensive and a kicker is off quite a bit.
