1 Miami Dolphins QB Trevor Lawrence
The Dolphins could go a number of directions with this pick, but figuring out the QB position for the foreseeable future is not a bad route to take, especially with a prospect like Lawrence.
2 Las Vegas Raiders WR Ja'Marr Chase
The Raiders could also go a number of ways with their pick as they also need QB/TE and a second RB/WR. Chase is likeliest the safest prospect for a team that won't be contenders in year two of the rebuild.
3 Tennessee Titans TE Kyle Pitts
With the top WR off the board, Tennessee can't be upset with taking a generational prospect like Pitts. He fills in nicely at the Titans' biggest need on offense.
4 Seattle Seahawks RB Najee Harris
The Seahawks, like Tennessee, look like they'll benefit from trading down from a top 2 pick. Harris projects to be one of the best, if not the best, rookies for 2021 production.
5 Green Bay Packers QB Zach Wilson
Wilson doesn't necessarily fill a need for the Packers, but would be surprised to see this team pass on QB at this pick with their current depth chart at this position.
6 Los Angeles Rams RB Travis Etienne
An underwhelming RB group fill force the Rams to draft one with this pick, regardless of what the board looks like. Etienne certainly isn't a reach this high in the draft, though.
7 Atlanta Falcons WR Devonta Smith
The Falcons could go RB or WR here, but it appears Smith would be more valuable to Atlanta than the other RBs on the board at this point.
8 San Francisco 49ers RB Javonte Williams
With only Ryquell Armstead under contract, RB is a glaring need for the 49ers. If one of the top three guys does not fall, WR would make sense for San Francisco too.
9 Carolina Panthers WR Jaylen Waddle
The Panthers biggest offensive need is WR and whether it's Waddle or Smith at this pick, Carolina should be happy selecting at this spot.
10 Denver Broncos QB Trey Lance
This is a tough spot for Denver as they have a need at just about every spot on the roster. Lance is probably the best value for the Broncos at this spot, even if the pick doesn't make a lot of sense. Watch out for a trade up / down here.
11 Los Angeles Chargers QB Justin Fields
Another good spot for QB value, the Chargers will likely have their choice of at least two of this year's 1st round QBs. Whether it's Fields or someone else, Los Angeles needs a plan to replace Goff for the future.
12 Arizona Cardinals QB Mac Jones
The Cardinals have a solid offensive core outside of the QB position. Jones may not start right away, but Arizona was able to sign Ryan Fitzpatrick this offseason as a bridge QB.
13 Minnesota Vikings WR Rashod Bateman
Minnesota is in full rebuild mode so there's no telling if the streak of offensive players continues or if we see the first IDP off the board. Bateman would be a solid young receiver for the Vikings to pair with Shenault, though.
14 Miami Dolphins WR Elijah Moore
The Dolphins still have needs everywhere but QB at this point in the draft, so Moore could be a solid WR to pair with him to build the offense around.
15 Tennessee Titans LB Micah Parsons
If Minnesota doesn't kick off the IDP picks, expect Tennessee to do so at 15. Unless good WR falls, then it makes too much sense for the Titans to address their biggest defensive need.
16 Green Bay Packers WR Kadarius Toney
The Packers need WRs and Toney's 1st round draft capital is probably too good for Green Bay to pass on.
17 Buffalo Bills WR Rondale Moore
Assuming Buffalo won't commit draft capital to RB after giving Mike Davis $24M, Moore gives the Bills a solid fourth WR option to round out their offense.
18 Philadelphia Eagles RB Trey Sermon
Philly needs a 2nd RB with McCaffrey and Sermon appears to be the consensus 4th RB after Harris, Etienne, and Williams.
19 Denver Broncos LB Jamin Davis
Broncos' needs are still everything but QB at this point and Davis gives them a second high upside LB option alongside Devin Bush.
20 Minnesota Vikings LB Zaven Collins
The offensive value is plummeting at this point in the first round and the Vikings can jump on that by taking a top three IDP off the board.
21 Kansas City Chiefs RB Michael Carter
Kansas City has a handful needs across the roster, but RB may be the biggest one. Carter makes a lot of sense considering the lack of RB depth and the Chiefs already owning Tevin Coleman.
22 Minnesota Vikings WR Terrace Marshall
Along with Bateman, Marshall gives Minnesota a pair of solid young receivers from this draft.
23 Los Angeles Rams RB Kenneth Gainwell
Rams go all in on RB in the first round, grabbing both Etienne and Gainwell to make up for lost depth in the offseason.
24 Atlanta Falcons WR Dyami Brown
Falcons, on the other hand, go all in on WR with Brown and Devonta Smith in hopes of shoring up the position for the future.
25 Philadelphia Eagles TE Pat Freiermuth
Freiermuth shouldn't make it past pick 25 with Philadelphia having no TEs currently under contract.
26 New York Giants LB Jeremiah Owusu-Koromoah
A LB addition such as JOK would pretty much solidify New York's defense for the upcoming season. Assuming he keeps his LB tag, the Giants IDPs are looking well balanced for 2021.
27 Denver Broncos WR Amari Rodgers
The Broncos are up again and just looking to add upside wherever they can. Amari Rodgers value/production could change significantly depending on the QB situation in Green Bay, but stacking him with Jordan Love could be good? Maybe?
28 Tennessee Titans LB Nick Bolton
No reason for Tennessee to reach for any offense when there are solid IDPs on the board. Bolton & Parsons would add much needed depth for the Titans LB group.
29 Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Amon-Ra St Brown
Tampa Bay is pretty balanced all around aside from QB, and there is no one at QB they should be taking this early in the draft. St Brown is a solid depth piece for Tampa's WR group, but they may benefit most from trading up/down/out from this pick in the draft.
30 Baltimore Ravens WR Nico Collins
The biggest needs for Baltimore are RB & WR, though there aren't many solid options this late in round one. Collins would immediately slot in as the Ravens' top receiver.
31 Tennessee Titans S Richie Grant
Tennessee continues their IDP heavy first round with the top safety in the draft. With their four picks in this round, they should be able to fill any holes they had predraft.
32 Minnesota Vikings LB Pete Werner
Expect Minnesota to go IDP with this pick as well, though it could be a DE, LB, or S. They could use the depth regardless of position, though.
