NFC East
(1) Washington Commanders
- Overall (10), Offense (10), Defense (9)
- Ridley / Goedert are big question marks for Washington, but they are well positioned as NFC East favorites for the third consecutive season
(2) New York Giants
- Overall (15), Offense (21), Defense (12)
- Lots of draft capital & cap flexibility for the Giants who like they will be in the wild card race again in 2022
(3) Dallas Cowboys
- Overall (16), Offense (13), Defense (21)
- The return of Deshaun Watson would be a big boost for the offense, but there are plenty of defensive needs that should be addressed this offseason
(4) Philadelphia Eagles
- Overall (18), Offense (25), Defense (11)
- The defense looks solid, moves likely need to be made at WR / TE for Philly to be competitive this season in the NFC East
NFC North
(1) Chicago Bears
- Overall (2), Offense (3), Defense (8)
- They lack depth but the Chicago roster is vert strong, barring major injuries they should have an easy path through the NFC North
(2) Green Bay Packers
- Overall (17), Offense (14), Defense (19)
- Offense should be good enough but everywhere but DE on defense needs to be addressed for Green Bay to stay competitive in the NFC
(3) Minnesota Vikings
- Overall (31), Offense (30), Defense (31)
- Won't be in the playoff mix in 2022 but 14 picks & $65M should keep Minnesota on the track in year two of the rebuild
(4) Detroit Lions
- Overall (32), Offense (31), Defense (32)
- A few years late but Detroit has finally been forced into a rebuild; 9 picks & $82M should not put them too far behind Minnesota
NFC South
(1) Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- Overall (3), Offense (8), Defense (4)
- Defending champions are set up nicely for a repeat title run, they are a QB away from separating themselves as NFC favorites
(2) Atlanta Falcons
- Overall (11), Offense (16), Defense (5)
- Also a QB away, 2022 looks like the year Atlanta finally pulls themselves out of the NFC South basement
(3) Carolina Panthers
- Overall (19), Offense (15), Defense (20)
- Carolina is on the verge of pulling themselves out as well, but need to shuffle up their roster to address needs at LB & S
(4) New Orleans Saints
- Overall (24), Offense (20), Defense (26)
- New Orleans has the pieces to build around on both offense & defense, but major needs on both sides of the ball & a slew of expiring contracts may force the Saints into a rebuild

- Overall (4), Offense (9), Defense (6)
- Might've been higher a week ago but still set up to contend for multiple seasons, Seattle's biggest needs this offseason include TE & S
(2) San Francisco 49ers
- Overall (13), Offense (26), Defense (2)
- San Francisco doesn't need to touch their defense this offseason, the focus should solely be upgrading the RWT positions
(3) Arizona Cardinals
- Overall (20), Offense (23), Defense (16)
- With a really strong base to work with, Arizona has plenty of flexibility this offseason as they push towards their first playoff appearance
(4) Los Angeles Rams
- Overall (28), Offense (24), Defense (27)
- Second year of their rebuild, LA has the picks & cap flexibility to push towards a turnaround in 2023
