AFC East
- Patriots (SEA, PIT) -- will likely hold points tiebreaker over BUF if they end up tied; wildcard lock with 1-1 record
- Bills (SF, CIN) -- need 2-0 record to stay in division race, barely holding points tiebreaker over other WC teams
AFC North
- Bengals (DAL, BUF) -- legitimate opportunity to get first round bye, 2-0 at least secures top two seed
- Steelers (WAS, NE) -- in wildcard position currently, but will be bounced out unless they go 2-0
AFC South
- Titans (CHI, DEN) -- control destiny for first round bye, one win secures top two seed
- Texans (GB, LAC) -- control destiny as well, 2-0 clinches playoff spot
AFC West
- Raiders (CAR, IND) -- easiest schedule of the 3, one win clinches division
- Chargers (ATL, HOU) -- 2-0 gets Chargers in, 1-1 will come down to points tiebreaker
- Broncos (TB, TEN) -- need to go 2-0 to have a chance at WC spot, will need bump in points scored to win tiebreaker

NFC East
- Commanders (PIT, CHI) -- need one win or to hold points tiebreaker to win division
- Cowboys (CIN, GB) -- easiest schedule of four 6-6 teams, best odds to go 2-0 & grab final WC spot
- Eagles (BAL, DET) -- worst of the four 6-6 teams, need massive upset over DET & additional luck to grab final spot
NFC North
- Lions (IND, PHI) -- control destiny, finishing 2-0 & holding points tiebreaker over SEA wins conference
- Bears (TEN, WAS) -- will need Lions to drop a game for chance at division, but clinched top WC spot at least
- Vikings (JAX, NYG) -- decent chance to finish 7-7, but will need a lot of teams to go 6-8 for final WC spot
NFC South
- Saints (KC, ARI) -- a win & ATL loss clinches division
- Buccaneers (DEN, SEA) -- best of the four 6-6 teams, going 2-0 clinches them a playoff spot
- Falcons (LAC, SF) -- if they can finish 2-0 & Buccaneers finish 1-1, they'll just have to outscore two NFCE teams
- Panthers (LV, LAR) -- like MIN, needs a lot of luck to finish 7-7 & for other teams to go 6-8
NFC West
- Seahawks (NE, TB) -- chasing Lions in points (~70) for top seed in the NFC
- Cardinals (NYJ, NO) -- a win this week locks them into the 6th seed in the NFC
- 49ers (BUF, ATL) -- like MIN/CAR, need a lot of other losses to even have a chance at WC spot
